Geared towards runners who want an onthego yoga application they can use at home or take with them anywhere. With the application, you'll have perfectly balanced yoga pose sequences for your prerun stretch, your postrun fix, and even your offday yoga intensive. has been created by a group of runners and yoga instructors with you in mind to stretch those tight tbands, open those hips, stretch your tight hamstrings and bring your body into greater balance as a whole.
