無(wú)色透明油狀液體，微有胺氣味。能與水、醇、醚、酯、酮、鹵代烴、芳烴和蓖麻油互溶。具有毒性小、沸點(diǎn)高、溶解力出眾、揮發(fā)度低、選擇性強和穩定性好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。吸濕性極強，對光敏感。

NMP is a colorless clear oily liquid with a little amine odor. It can be dissolved with water, alcohol, ether, ester, halohydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and castor oil. It has the advantages of low toxicity,  high boiling point, high solubility, Low volatility,  better selectivity and good stability. NMP can volatilize with vapour. It is photosensitive and has strong moisture absorbability.

無(wú)色液體。有魚(yú)腥胺氣味。與水形成共沸物。具有強有機堿性質(zhì)，遇明火、高熱易燃。受熱分解釋出劇毒的煙霧，與氧化劑接觸猛烈反應。易燃、有毒。
